We monitor display advertising (flash, static, html5), mobile, video (Pre-Roll) and mailing.
Every day, the system checks the presence of advertisements on over 5 000 websites in the Polish Internet, covering about 95% of Polish internet users. The database contains over 15 000 website addresses. They are both the largest portals along with their subpages, various industry websites and all other websites with a large number of visits according to the Megapanel PBI/Gemius research catalogue.

The selected part of websites is monitored manually by the AdReport team. In addition, all are monitored by bots, imitating the behaviour of several dozen users. The intensity of monitoring of individual websites depends on their popularity, the number of its users and the position in the Megapanel PBI/Gemius research catalogue.
We do not have a fixed number of visits to individual pages. Most frequently visited are sites from the TOP500 list from the Megapanel PBI/Gemius research catalogue - it is several hundred times a day. Other sites are visited randomly, each at least several dozen times each day.
Display and mobile advertising from automatic monitoring are updated every hour, while video and mailing ads are updated three times a day. The ads captured by the AdReport team in manual monitoring appear in the system in real time.
We have been monitoring the advertising market on the Polish Internet continuously since 2003. Currently there are over 300 000 campaigns in the system and up to 400 new entries are added each day.
In the description of the campaign, we find information such as the advertiser, advertised product, industry, duration, advertising slogan, additionally we find original advertising creations, and often also screenshots and screenshot of landing pages.
Screenshots and screenshots of landing pages are made only and exclusively by AdReport employees when they personally visit the given advertising creation. A large part of the ads is captured only by monitoring bots.
Data published in the AdReport system can be downloaded in the analytical version in the form of a .csv file or in a form extended with the creations (and possibly screenshots and screenshots of the landing pages) in the form of a .zip file.
Each user with an account in the paid version can set alerts about new campaigns for individual users or industries on their own. Notifications can be in a daily or immediate form.
Limits on the number of campaigns when generating reports have been imposed for technical reasons. Limitations are the amount of data that can be saved in the .csv file and the time of generating the report, which is very long, especially for large reports with creationes. In this case, we recommend dividing the report into smaller parts.
The estimation system module is based on our proprietary mathematical model and data on industry expenditure from the IAB/PwC AdEx report. The estimation takes into account such information as the duration of the campaign, their model and intensity of occurrence. Published data is net budgetary expenses, data are presented for individual advertisers.
Information about budget expenditures for the previous month usually appear in the system in the first full week of a given month.
The visibility of the campaign is estimated based on the location on the website of the creations detected by the system.
